How to hide hard drives from my computer

Hi, friends I am back with this cool trick 'How to hide hard drives from my computer'
In this tutorial I show you how to remove drives from my computer.

You can try this trick in your school computer lab to freak up your teacher by hiding the hard drives of any computer.
                                  or
You can try this trick at your friend's computer by hiding their hard drives.








Hi, friends In  this tutorial I want to hide my D: drive from my computer so please in this tutorial change d with the drive you want to hide.

my computer or home before applying this tutorial

      Steps to hide drive from my computer.
  • Go to run then type " cmd " (without quotes) and hit enter as shown  below:



  • After that type " diskpart " (without quotes) and hit enter
  • After that type " list volume " (without quotes) and hit enter
  • You will see some thing like this:


  • After that type" select volume 3 "  ( change 3 with the volume number of that drive which you want to hide.In this tutorial i want to hide my D: drive so i type 3)
  • After that you will get a message "volume 3 is the selected volume"


  • Now type " remove letter d "  (change d with the drive you want to hide.In this tutorial i want to hide my D: drive so i type d)
  • After that you will get a message "disk part successfully remove the drive letter or mount point."

  • After that your drive is successfully hide from my computer

Steps to unhide the drive

  • Go to run then type " cmd " (without quotes) and hit enter as shown  below:



  • After that type " diskpart " (without quotes) and hit enter

  • After that you will get a message "disk part successfully assigned the drive letter or mount point."
